What happened is that they were accidentally creating a second account, and then all subsequent activities were uploaded to this account. Some users have ran into issues where they were prompted to enter an account name, and upon doing this got stuck in a similar situation to what you are seeing. The other possibility is that the ANT Agent is uploading your activities to another account. All files after that one will not be uploaded until the issue is resolved. The first is that one of your recent activity files is corrupt and isn't accepted by Garmin Connect. There are two possibilities that I'm aware of. Once you've located the file(s), you can go to the Activities page and Import your activity files, but you must do it one at a time. You don't want the History folder as the article suggests, you actually want to find the. Follow the instructions on your computer to add your device to your Garmin Connect account and complete the setup process. If necessary, press the device key until appears. When you turn on the device for the first time, it is in pairing mode. Press the device key to turn on the device. Plug the wireless USB ANT Stick into a USB port. The ANT Agent stores copies of your files before uploading them to Garmin Connect. This solution is the easiest, but it is not ideal (because the Communicator Plugin, and possibly the ANT Agent, are being deprecated). You should be able to download/install the Garmin Communicator Plugin if you don't already have it, and use that to locate the files and to help you to upload them. Since you are using the ANT Agent, you should be able to go to the classic Upload page.
